Dacha plot for construction

Dacha plot for construction. Garden community for 30 years, security, fence, selling a plot of 6 acres, in overgrown condition, there are already old fruit trees and a block foundation for a house. The plot has public pipes for water supply, nearby electric pole, connection is inexpensive. The most developed street. The land is fertile, not far from the bus stop and store. Surrounded by beautiful forest and 30 minutes walk to the reservoir. Very good neighbors. Birds, air, stars of the cosmos.
