Cheap! Cottage in Staryi Saltiv

Cheap! Cottage in Staryi Saltiv. Cheap due to relocation to another city, I am selling a cottage in Staryi Saltiv, 35 km from Kharkiv. A favorite destination for everyone, near the Druzba recreation base and yacht club. The plot is 6 acres, and there are an additional 3 acres of land nearby, flat, with a young fruit-bearing garden. On the territory, there is a small house: on the 1st floor, 1 room and a kitchen (not a small kitchen, converted from a container) and there is a shed (metal), on the 2nd floor, 1 room with a window (bedroom). Summer toilet, well water. The place is gorgeous, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach (the beach of our cooperative), sandy, birch grove for relaxation and excellent fishing, there is a good store on the territory with free wifi, swings, tennis, playground, nearby the final stop of the minibus to 602. The place is super, private owner, distance to the nearest city: up to 40 km, number of floors: 2, total area: 45 sq. m, number of rooms: 3, plot area: 9 acres, type of house: cottage, type of roof: tile (ceramic), renovation: cosmetic repair.
