For Sale: New Large House Under Construction

For sale: new large house under construction. In an ecologically clean and beautiful place in our country, in the city of Izium, a partially unfinished new house is for sale without interior work. The plot is 20 acres, flat, with a cadastral number. On the plot, there is a newly built temporary residential building with stove heating for 2 rooms, and there are 2 new sheds with a foundation poured for a garage. Near the temporary building, there are two canopies along the house, and there is also a canopy. Gas runs through the plot, and there is a possibility of connection if necessary. The house has new expensive plastic windows, a capital warm dry cellar, and a large pit for sewage. The house also has a well with very good spring water. Asphalt passes near the house, and there is a bus stop within a two-minute walk. Behind the garden, a coniferous forest begins, and near the house, there is a river and a meadow. One and a half kilometers away, there are a school, kindergarten, shops, cafes, post office, ATM, market, and everything else. You won't regret it;
I will answer your questions. The place is great;
I built it for myself.
