For sale 2 hectares of land according to UBD. I am selling the right (power of attorney) of a participant in hostilities for priority land allocation from the state in any part of Ukraine according to Article 121 of the Land Code of Ukraine and Paragraph 14 of Article 12 of the Law on the Status of War Veterans and Guarantees of Their Social Protection. I am a participant in hostilities and offer you to buy from me a power of attorney for obtaining the following plots of land provided by the state as UBD: for gardening no more than 0.12 hectares;
for personal farming no more than 2.0 hectares;
for the construction and maintenance of a residential house in villages no more than 0.25 hectares, in towns no more than 0.15 hectares, in cities no more than 0.10 hectares;
for the construction of individual garages no more than 0.01 hectares. I live in Kharkiv Oblast. At the moment, I have not submitted documents for registration, so you can choose any region in Ukraine. I will provide all necessary documentation, and the power of attorney will be executed through a notary. I will consider any offers.
