Description

The apartment has been renovated: -demolition of plaster to the concrete base of the walls;
-demolition of floor structures to the ceiling slab;
-demolition of interior and entrance doors;
-demolition of windows;
-complete replacement of electrical wiring, water supply and sewage risers, replacement of the gas network, replacement of heating devices (bimetal radiators, pipes, and risers). There are documents and a project for the networks;
– under the apartment in the basement, heating networks run, so the floor is warm in winter and does not draw cold;
-installation of hot water, cold water, gas meters, and there is also a heating meter in the building;
-the apartment is connected to the internet “Triolan”;
-the floor structure has been arranged with: Ceresit type waterproofing, laying of 50mm thermal insulation (extruded polystyrene), reinforcing screed 50mm, ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware, in the living rooms a layer of USB and Tarkett linoleum. -in the bathroom, corridor, and kitchen, there is underfloor heating with sensor thermostats;
-the walls have been plastered and puttied with wallpaper;

-quality interior and entrance doors have been installed;
-the following appliances remain: boiler, washing machine, refrigerator, extractor hood, gas stove, router;
-the following furniture remains: 2 sofas, a large wardrobe, a desk and an office chair, kitchen chairs – 3 pcs;
kitchen table and kitchen furniture.
The renovation was done for ourselves, so we approached it with maximum attention to quality. All communications and elements have been completely replaced, and the work has been done at the level of new buildings.
Respectful and friendly neighbors, calm people without bad habits live in the entrance, and a cosmetic repair has been done in the entrance.
The area is very convenient for servicing, within a radius of 500 meters there are: a market, ATB supermarket, CLASS supermarket, Ukrposhta, a parcel terminal of Nova Poshta installed near the house, a polyclinic, a CNAP, opposite the house there is a school and a kindergarten, and more.
Regarding transport: Trolleybus, tram, many minibuses and buses, the metro station “Student” is located 2 kilometers from the house.
Safety: In the house opposite 9a Svitla Street, a shelter has been arranged in the basement. Also, at the entrance to our building, there is an entrance to the basement, which can also be used as a simple shelter.
