For Sale 2-room Apartment in Rainbow Residential Complex, Landau

For Sale TWO 1(2)-room 48m2+48m2=96m2 apartments on the 9th and 10th floors, with the possibility of combining into one 2-level apartment. The uniqueness of it is that there is only one in the entire building - its own separate exit to the stairwell from the 10th floor (door installed). In the apartment on the 9th floor, all rough work has been completed (electricity, plumbing, plastering, screed, glazed loggia). Toilet with installation, bathtub, tiles for the entire apartment have already been purchased, only installation, laying tiles, wallpapering, and moving in are left! The photos show the proposed layout, for which the wiring was done (it can still be adjusted). Water and heating meters are installed. Nearby are 2 metro stations, parks, kindergartens.
