For Sale: Summer House

For sale: a summer house in the village of Khoroshevo. I am selling an excellent summer house in the cooperative 'Lesnoye'. It can be lived in permanently. The village of Khoroshevo. The plot is 6 acres (actually 8). The plot is fenced, there is a shared well with neighbors, and on the plot, there are utility buildings: a toilet, a shower, a firewood storage, a small shed, and 1 brick shed with a large cellar. The house has 2 rooms on the first floor, a stove for heating, renovations have been made, plastic windows, and there are bars on the windows. On the second floor under the roof, there is one children's room (the roof is insulated) finished with paneling, as well as a storage room. There is a small kitchen on the veranda (no renovations have been done there, we were planning to expand). It is a 10-minute walk from the minibus and train. Nearby is a forest. There is a lake not far away. The territory of the cooperative is illuminated, and video surveillance is conducted.
