For sale or exchange for an apartment, a house in the Upper Settlement

For sale or exchange for an apartment, a house in the Upper Settlement. Selling half of the house or exchanging for an apartment. The house is located in the Upper Settlement at B. Khmelnytskyi St. 5/2, four rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The entrance and yard are separate. The second part of the house is also for sale. In the yard, there is a summer shower, toilet, cellar, and two sheds. Nearby the house is a bus stop, not far from a school and kindergarten. I will consider options for exchanging for an apartment. 0 6 6 6 9 3 8 1 4 0, private individual, distance to the nearest city: in the city, number of floors: 1, total area: 55.90 sq. m, number of rooms: 4, land area: 4 acres, type of house: part of a house, cadastral number: available, year of construction/commissioning: 9, roof type: slate, renovation: livable condition.
