For sale 2-room apartment in the settlement

For sale 2-room apartment in the settlement. Wonderful apartment with a redesign, major renovation, floor pouring, all plumbing redone under the floor, major repairs in progress, a diligent person has been working there for many years, we know him well. There is a stove, boiler, sofa, Polish black wall unit in the room, a chest of drawers, a bedside table. Further construction work is required;
this is your chance to finish the renovation to your taste (he charges quite reasonably for his work, and it is of high quality). The windows are plastic, the entrance doors are new! The bathroom is empty, everything was thrown out, we did a redesign of the walls. The floors were poured;
the apartment is very warm, dry, and has a very bright aura, absolutely amazing! The apartment will bring you good luck, I guarantee it! Everything can be discussed, any purchase options. The apartment is located in the settlement of Gagarin 16, opposite the school, a 2-story building, 3 minutes from the school, 3 minutes from the kindergarten, 7 minutes from the bus stop. Stores, post office, pharmacy are all nearby, gas station, salons. I will send more photos to show the apartment at any time.
