For sale/exchange house in the city center

For sale/exchange house in the city center. Selling part of the house in the city center, two minutes to the market. There are two entrances to the yard, good neighbors. There is a cellar, two garages, a small garden plot. All windows are metal-plastic, entrance doors have been replaced, new gas project and all heating, new wiring, recently made septic tank, the house has been recently re-roofed, there is underfloor heating in the corridor. All conditions for living, just move in and live. Made for ourselves, a child is growing up, looking for a bigger place. All documents are in order. Good bargaining for real buyers. Alina,
