Infrastructure: Epicenter near the house Drinking water well at the corner of the house
Recommendations and features: Wall painting needs updating The air conditioner wire hangs openly, as its installation took place after the renovation began. This model of air conditioner required an additional wire. If desired, it can be hidden by relocating the drywall (inexpensive) There is no kitchen in the apartment — only a small stove with one burner was used, which was sufficient Gas has not been used, but the connection is available Due to a mistake by workers during the installation of new radiators, the fastening was damaged;
everything works fine now, but there are traces on the wall (easily removed along with the wire masking) The faucet in the bathroom is slightly loose — a minor repair that can be easily resolved Cleaning has been ordered, and the windows have also been washed.
