I am selling 2 out of 3 rooms in a large apartment on Kostiacheva Street
I am selling 2 out of 3 rooms in a large 3-room apartment. 1st floor of 2.
The apartment is unfinished, requires renovation and furnishing, so it is an excellent option for those who want to customize everything to their liking.
Good location: nearby school;
public transport stop next to the house;
shops — about 5 minutes on foot;
Reasonable bargaining is possible.
Suitable for both personal living after renovation and for those considering real estate as an investment.
