Plot for construction in Pesochin

Plot for construction in Pesochin. I am selling a land plot for construction at the address: village Pesochin, Yasnaya St. 16 with an area of 13.27 acres (0.1327 ha). In the photos, the markers are: #1 pole with electricity (to have light on the plot, another pole is needed);
#2 gas. The plot is flat, there are several fruit-bearing trees. Nearby are 3 ponds, the sanatorium 'Rosha', and several forest areas. The metro station 'Kholodna Hora' is 9 km away, and several minibuses run there. It is a very picturesque place with beautiful nature and location.
