Rental of a 3-room apartment

I offer you a well-located 3-room apartment. It is situated away from the roadway, in a cozy oasis of greenery and silence, among low five-story buildings and playgrounds. It has a favorable transport distance from the metro stations Darnytsia and Pozniaky (15 and 20 minutes respectively) with a dense schedule. Near the house, there is a grocery kiosk, and a large hypermarket is a 7-minute walk away. Darnytsia Square, Dnipro District. The apartment has a good layout. All rooms are separate. There is a large glazed balcony, two storage rooms, a small hallway, a bathroom at the entrance, and a bathroom near the bedrooms. The windows face two sides, so the apartment is always very bright. The total area is 60 sq. The building has a spacious, very bright entrance with a low staircase. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. The apartment has a modern large 2-chamber refrigerator, a television, a washing machine, and a gas stove. Many sleeping places. One bedroom with a double bed, the second with a single bed, and a corner folding sofa in the living room. There is also plenty of storage space in the apartment. Each bedroom has large floor-to-ceiling wardrobes (not counting two storage rooms and a mezzanine). The apartment is rented for a long term, costs 15,000 UAH + utility payments. If you have any questions or want to see it, please write or call me. Since I work and may not notice or forget about your message, do not hesitate to be persistent. Thank you in advance.
